How I Stopped Ending My Days Exhausted

Every evening used to feel the same: tired, scattered, and somehow still behind.
Even if I got everything done, I didn’t feel like I actually had a day.
Then I started doing something ridiculously simple—ending each day with a five-minute reset.
No screens, no noise—just a pen, a notebook, and a quiet look at what went well and what’s next.
It helped me sleep better, think clearer, and feel way more in control.
I didn’t expect such a small change to matter so much, but it did.
Now I end each day calm—and start the next one ready.
